Daily (except 5,6,7,8 August) at 11am - 1pm

Minibeast hunts (lasts for 1 or 2 hours) – The new houses at the Housing Expo provide plenty of opportunity for some of our smallest wildlife to find food and shelter. Come along and discover the non human residents of the Housing Expo. We’ve got all the insect hunting kit, you just need to turn up and be brave!

Maximum group size 20, minimum group size 4, please no unaccompanied children. Aimed at families with children aged 5-12

Wildlife gardening – (lasts for 1-2hours, but a drop in session so you don’t have to stay for whole session). Come along and find out what you can do to help our furry and feathery  garden friends. Simple things work really well so you could try your hand at making a minibeast home or a bat box, planting some wildflower seeds or creating a frog friendly log pile. You choose…

Aimed at anyone able to hold a screwdriver. Maximum group size at any time 10, please no unaccompanied children
