REGISTERS OF SCOTLAND (RoS)
The RoS promotional vehicle has appeared at various events across the country and will be on-site at Scotland’s Housing Expo with experienced RoS staff who can assist you and give you the opportunity to access its free online house price search, which allows you to search any address in Scotland.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) is responsible for compiling and maintaining registers relating to property and other legal documents. Our main aim is to record and safeguard rights whilst providing open and efficient access to important information.
The two main registers, the Register of Sasines and the Land Register, contain records relating to the ownership of land and property in Scotland.
We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service to all our customers. We provide a free online house price search that can be found at ros.gov.uk and also have customer service centres in both Edinburgh and Glasgow where we can search the registers for you. We can help you with enquiries such confirming property and/or land owners, providing copies of your property deeds, and checking property and/or land boundaries.
