Timberplay support best practice at Scotland’s Housing Expo.

Timberplay Ltd have created the bespoke community play space to support Scotland’s Housing Expo, showcasing their innovative play equipment and strong landscaping skills.

Nestled amongst the state of the art designed homes, Timberplay’s play space serves as a great focal point for the emerging community, providing a natural meeting point and a variety of play equipment to entertain children of all ages.

All pieces within the playground have been chosen with consideration in order to create a playground that not only looks great, but also provides challenging stimulation for younger members of the community.

Martyn Scholey, Sales and Marketing Director, comments on Timberplay’s involvement in this exciting project:- “We were delighted to be invited to create the play space for the Housing Expo. The Expo itself represents best practice in architecture and house building, principles that we at Timberplay have great synergy with. We believe strongly that play spaces are more than just assembled equipment in a segregated area. The landscape and its design are an essential part of the play space, as is the quality and innovation inherent within our equipment.”

Featured within the playground are, amongst other things, a Small Play House, Sand Building Site, Wobble Dish, Hammock and Climbing Structure. Landscaping features include Glacial Boulders, native hedgerow and trees for shade, grasses and a bench area. For further information please call Timberplay on 0114 282 3474.
